Our machines are typically restocked weekly, though high-traffic locations may receive more frequent visits. We monitor stock levels remotely and adjust schedules to ensure products are always available.

Absolutely. We work with you to curate a product selection that matches your team's preferences, including healthy options, dietary requirements and popular brands. The mix can be reviewed and adjusted at any service visit.

Our machines accept contactless cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash where preferred. We can also set up staff accounts for cashless payments or integrate with your existing employee card system.

It depends on your team, but a typical office install runs a roughly 60/40 split of indulgent vs. healthier options across snacks and drinks, with a small allergen-friendly section. We adjust based on early sales data so the mix lands right within the first few service visits.

We provide vending solutions for workplaces of all sizes, typically from 20 employees upwards. For smaller offices we'll often recommend an alternative refreshment solution rather than a full vending install, we'd rather get the fit right than push the wrong format.

Service calls are responded to within an average of 8 working hours. Remote monitoring often detects problems before they affect service, allowing for proactive maintenance, most issues are resolved without you having to chase us.

Modern machines are dramatically more energy-efficient than older equipment, we typically see meaningful reductions in running cost when replacing dated kit. On consumables, we work with suppliers to source recyclable packaging where available and surface healthier brands prominently.
