Premium feel, modest demand
The Vitro design language is genuinely premium for the spec class. Sites that want their machine to look intentional rather than functional get a meaningful upgrade over generic office kit.

Compact Espresso & Instant Coffee Machine
Compact Coffetek Vitro with refined contemporary design, 8-selection direct touch panel and a fresh-milk MIA variant, for offices and small unattended locations.
Ideal Space
Advisory first
Best for offices of around 30 to 60 staff, hotel staff areas, and small unattended sites where a well-styled compact machine matters more than peak throughput.
The Coffetek Vitro S1 is the entry point to the Vitro range. Coffetek's positioning is 'Simply exquisite,' and the S1 lives up to that with a notably refined contemporary aesthetic in black, designed to look intentional in a reception or executive break-out rather than the utilitarian look that lower-spec office machines tend to default to. It is a brand of the Azkoyen Group, the Spanish vending manufacturer, which gives it the parts ecosystem of one of the larger vending groups in Europe.
Three variants cover most office and small-site needs. The S1 Espresso is a bean-to-cup unit with a single grinder for sites that want fresh espresso quality; the S1 Instant uses 4 soluble hoppers for varied drinks (coffee, decaf, chocolate, speciality powders) with a smaller install footprint and lower running costs; and the S1 MIA adds fresh-milk foam via a paired milk fridge. All share the contemporary Coffetek industrial design, an 8-selection direct touch panel, and the option of Distance Selection (touchless) operation.
The interesting Coffetek-specific feature is MIA, Micro-injected Air technology, available on the S1 MIA variant. Rather than steam dilution, MIA injects air through a controlled aperture into fresh milk to create velvety foam at the right temperature without watering down flavour; the Espresso and Instant variants use a powdered milk canister instead. For sites where a steam wand would be over-engineered but powdered milk feels like a compromise, the MIA variant hits a useful middle. We typically recommend the S1 for smaller offices, hotel staff areas, and back-of-house service points where the design matters and the volume is steady rather than high.
In practice
The Vitro design language is genuinely premium for the spec class. Sites that want their machine to look intentional rather than functional get a meaningful upgrade over generic office kit.
Two variants share the same chassis and aesthetic. Pick bean-to-cup for fresh quality, or the 4-hopper instant for breadth of drinks and lower running cost. We help you decide.
Touchless Distance Selection plus the option to lock hoppers makes the S1 suitable for self-service in offices and small public sites without a barista or supervisor.

Espresso is a bean-to-cup machine with a single grinder, producing freshly ground coffee per cup. Instant uses 4 soluble hoppers with powdered coffee and speciality drinks (chocolate, mocha, decaf). Espresso gives better cup quality at slightly higher cost; Instant gives more menu breadth at lower running cost. A third variant, the S1 MIA, pairs the machine with a milk fridge for fresh-milk foam drinks.
Steam wands texture milk by injecting steam, which both heats and aerates but also dilutes slightly. MIA injects controlled air through a measured aperture, which produces velvety foam at the right temperature without dilution. For a fully-automatic machine without a barista, MIA is a meaningful step up from frothing-by-pump and very close to steam-wand quality without the complexity.
The S1 is sized for around 30 to 60 staff, hotel staff areas, and small unattended sites with steady daily demand. Sites with concentrated peak demand or daily cup counts above around 60 are usually better served by the Vitro X1 (still compact but higher specced) or stepping up to a higher-volume machine.
Yes. Distance Selection touchless interface plus optional hopper locking suits self-service in offices, hotel back-of-house, and small public sites. We can spec MDB-compatible cashless payment if the location requires user payment per cup.
Both are compact Coffetek Vitros. The S1 is the entry point with a refined design and either bean-to-cup or instant. The X1 steps up to higher-spec components (700cc espresso boiler, 9-bar brewing, larger brewing groups) for sites where genuine espresso quality is non-negotiable. We help you decide based on cup count and quality expectations.
Daily wipe-down of dispense area and drip tray. Weekly milk-line clean if the MIA milk system is in use. Quarterly preventative service from us covering grinder calibration, descale, and replacement consumables. The Azkoyen Group parts ecosystem means part availability is reliable and lead times are short.
