The Crane Coti 2 Tower is the retail member of Crane's new Coti 2 range, launched in the UK in August 2026. It takes the Coti 2 drinks platform and builds a coffee-to-go station around it: a taller, wider cabinet with an illuminated header and an integrated station for cups, stirrers and sugar, so the customer has everything in one place and nobody has to set up or tidy a separate condiment area. It is designed for retail outlets and 24-hour sites where coffee is sold, not just supplied.
The drinks are the same as the Coti 2: bean-to-cup espresso from Crane's Co-Ex brewer, fresh-leaf tea through the dedicated Oltre tea brewer, and hot chocolate, ordered on a 27-inch portrait HD touchscreen. A bean-to-cup drink takes about 39 seconds. Cup capacity runs to 630 at 7oz, 570 at 9oz or 420 at 12oz, with 3.5kg of beans, 2.5kg of milk and up to 5.8kg of chocolate on board, which is what lets an unattended site trade through the night.
It is a connected machine. Menus, prices and screen content are managed remotely over built-in 4G, and the Tower carries the retail functions of the range: promotions, loyalty and media on the screen. For a retailer that turns the machine from a cost into a small trading unit, with pricing that can change by time of day and offers that can be switched on across every site at once.
The Tower stands 2116mm tall, 785mm wide and 833mm deep, so it needs more headroom and a little more width than the standard Coti 2. Power is a standard 13-amp 230V supply with a plumbed cold mains connection. We recommend it where coffee-to-go is a revenue line and the site is open when staff are not around: forecourts and convenience retail, hospital concourses, transport hubs, and large 24-hour workplaces. For a typical office or hotel, the standard Coti 2 or the Cali 2 is the better fit.
In practice
Cups, stirrers and sugar are built into the machine, so there is no separate condiment station to set up, restock or keep tidy. The customer orders, collects and leaves. That is what makes coffee-to-go workable at a site that is open all night.
Prices, promotions and loyalty are managed remotely, so an offer can run across every site at once or change by time of day. The screen carries the marketing when nobody is ordering.
The Tower is the Coti 2 platform in a retail cabinet: the same bean-to-cup espresso, the same fresh-leaf tea brewer, the same capacities. If you already know the Coti, you know what is in the cup.

It is aimed at retail outlets and 24-hour areas where coffee is being sold to the public. The standard Coti 2 suits offices, hotels and workplaces.

It also works as the hot drinks element of an unattended retail space or micro market.

The extra height over a normal vending machine is the thing to check first, particularly under bulkheads and signage.
