Filter coffee, high volume

Filter coffee is the workhorse of high-volume settings. Where bean-to-cup excels at consistent quality per cup, filter excels at throughput per hour. A standard commercial filter brewer can produce 50 to 100 cups per hour and hold them at temperature for two to four hours, which makes it the right answer for canteens, large meeting rooms, conference venues, and hospitality lobbies during peak periods.

The cost economics are also notably different. Per-cup cost on filter coffee is meaningfully lower than bean-to-cup, especially at scale. For sites where the question is 'how do we serve 200 cups in an hour without queueing' rather than 'how do we make the best individual cup', filter wins on every metric that actually matters.

We pair each install with the right grind profile and ground-coffee delivery on a regular schedule. Brew jugs are kept warm but rotated regularly so no batch sits past its prime. The kit itself is genuinely low-maintenance once installed: a daily clean, occasional descaling, very few moving parts to fail.
