Bottled water dispensers, delivered on schedule

Bottled water dispensers earn their place in two scenarios: sites without practical plumbing access for a mains-fed install, and sites where the user experience or aesthetic of bottled is genuinely preferred. We supply 18.9 litre (5 gallon) spring water, with regular delivery and empty bottle collection on a schedule sized to your usage.

The kit itself is straightforward. Floor-standing or countertop options, cold and ambient dispense as standard, with hot also available on selected units. Modern units are quieter, more energy-efficient, and notably better-styled than the bulky plastic dispensers people still associate with the format. We can spec a unit that won't look out of place in a modern reception.

Delivery cadence runs from weekly through to monthly depending on consumption. We handle the schedule, swap the empties, and adjust quantities if your usage shifts. Most sites that start on bottled eventually consider mains-fed as part of an office refit, and we make that switch straightforward when the time comes.
