The Coffetek Vitro X4 sits between the compact X1 family and the high-volume X5. The architectural step up over the X3 is free-standing canister capacity: extended hoppers and canisters that hold meaningfully more product before refill, which is the practical thing that determines whether a machine handles a busy day without a service visit. For larger offices and public sites where staff time on refills is a real cost, the extended capacity is the headline feature.
The optional WiFi media screen is the X4's other genuinely useful upgrade. Where the X3 has a standard touchscreen, the X4 can run an integrated media screen above or alongside the dispense area, looped with promotional content, menu boards, or location-specific messaging. For hotel public spaces, leisure venues, and customer-facing offices, this earns its keep as both a sales tool and a queue-management distraction. WiFi connectivity also enables remote menu updates and promotional rotations.
Two variants split by drink range. The X4 Espresso runs the full Coffetek espresso menu (espresso, americano, milk drinks, hot chocolate). The X4 Duo adds fresh-leaf tea brewing alongside espresso, which is meaningful for hotels, conference venues, and sites where tea is a featured part of the offer rather than an afterthought. Both share the 9-bar espresso brewing, customisable mood lighting along the smoked glass door, and cup-positioning lighting that the Vitro X-line is known for.

The X4 has free-standing canister capacity (extended hoppers and canisters), the optional WiFi media screen, and a slightly more elevated finish. Both share the same 9-bar brewing and core architecture. Pick the X3 for sites with steady mid-volume demand, the X4 where extended capacity, the media screen, or the Duo tea variant matter.
Fresh-leaf tea brewing alongside the standard espresso menu. The Duo runs both from the same machine, with proper leaf infusion rather than tea-bag-style. For hotels, conference venues, and sites where tea is featured rather than supplementary, the Duo is the variant that actually delivers.
In customer-facing locations, yes. Hotels report measurably higher attach rates on cross-sell when the screen runs menu rotation. In offices, the value is more about queue distraction and brand presentation. The screen is optional, so we spec it where it earns its place.
Rated for around 100 to 200 cups per day depending on drink mix. The free-standing canister capacity is what makes that number actually achievable; smaller machines with the same brewing capacity bottleneck on refills, not on brew time. We size based on your actual peaks rather than averages.
Different design philosophies. The Franke A Line A800 is built around triple-boiler parallel dispensing for absolute throughput at peak. The Vitro X4 is built around capacity (canister volumes) and unattended-friendly features (Distance Selection, media screen). For all-day mid-volume sites, the X4 is often the more economical fit. For concentrated peak demand, the A800 wins.
