Who we are
A consultancy that became a supplier
Optimus grew out of consultancy. For 25 years we have advised businesses on what to install, what it should cost and how it should be looked after, without being tied to any one manufacturer. That is still how every project starts: a conversation and a site survey before any machine is mentioned.
Today we supply, install and service the equipment as well, fully managed or on rental, with beans and consumables ordered through the same account. One supplier, one named contact, one invoice.
You may also know us as Optimus Associates, the name on our web address and on our independent consultancy work. It is the same team.
