The Crane Coti is the higher-spec sibling to the Cali, sharing the floor-standing Crane platform but stepping up to a 21-inch touchscreen as the headline interface. Crane Payment Innovations launched the Coti as their freestanding flagship for sites where the machine itself becomes part of the customer experience: hotel public spaces, transport hubs, large workplace amenity floors, and customer-facing reception areas where a static button panel would feel undersold. The 21-inch screen is large enough to drive a richer menu, surface promotional content, and accommodate accessibility needs (font scaling, contrast modes) that smaller displays can't realistically deliver.
Drink range covers bean-to-cup espresso plus fresh brew tea and hot chocolate, with the menu structured for sites whose user mix is broader than a typical office. The headline operational number is 800 cups before refill, which translates into meaningfully fewer service interruptions during the working day at high-volume sites. For unattended deployments this is the practical thing that determines whether the machine handles a busy day without staff time on top-ups, and it's where the Coti earns its keep over compact bench machines.
Physical footprint is 1830mm tall by 700mm wide by 785mm deep, on the same chassis dimensions as the Cali, which means existing service spaces and water-and-power provision tend to swap one-for-one if you're upgrading. Power is standard 230V at 13A. We recommend the Coti specifically for sites where the touchscreen is doing real work (promotion, accessibility, language switching, payment surfacing) and where the 800-cup refill cycle measurably reduces operational load on whoever owns the coffee point.
