Why choose our water dispensers

What you get from working with us, beyond the kit on the wall.

Three formats covered

Mains-fed dispensers, bottled coolers, and undercounter tap systems, pick by plumbing access, floor space and how visible the unit needs to be.

Chilled, ambient, hot, sparkling optional

Most installs cover the standard three; sparkling is a configuration we plan for at survey time so the cabinet and CO₂ bay are sorted up front.

Premium Borg & Overstrom range

B3, E6 and T3, countertop to freestanding to integrated tap. UK-stocked, well-supported, properly engineered.

Filtered to UK water standards

Integrated commercial-grade filtration with planned filter exchanges as part of the service contract, never a surprise quote.

Remote diagnostics where supported

Service team gets early warning on filter pressure, temperature drift, or sanitisation cycles, issues caught before users notice.

No bottle storage with mains-fed

Most workplaces move off bottled coolers within a few install cycles, eliminating delivery, storage and waste. We help you plan the switch.

Our approach

Hydration, properly considered

Workplace hydration is a quiet but important part of how people work. Tap water in the kitchen does the job, but a dedicated water cooler, chilled, ambient, hot, and optional sparkling, turns hydration into something people actually do, not just something they have access to.

We supply mains-fed dispensers (no bottle storage), bottled coolers (where mains access isn't practical), and integrated undercounter tap systems for premium kitchens. Each install is mains-water plus power, with installation, commissioning, planned filter exchanges and remote monitoring as part of the service.

The Borg & Overstrom range we stock, B3, E6, T3, covers most workplace contexts: countertop for compact spaces, freestanding for high-traffic zones, undercounter taps for premium kitchens. We help you pick during the survey, not in a phone-call sales pitch.

Our approach

How we work together

A consultative model where we recommend the right format, install it cleanly, and stay involved with the day-to-day service.

1

Survey

Footfall, plumbing access, kitchen layout, sparkling and hot-water needs, and the install constraints we have to work around.

2

Recommend

Format (countertop, freestanding, tap), capacity, and configuration, sized to peak demand rather than headcount average.

3

Install

Plumbing where needed, commissioning, water-quality test, and a brief team walk-through on day one.

4

Service

Planned filter exchanges, sanitisation visits, and remote diagnostics catching issues before users notice.

Frequently asked questions

Get answers to common questions about our services.

Mains-fed coolers connect to your water supply and filter tap water, no bottle deliveries, no storage, no plastic waste. Bottled coolers use large 18.9L water bottles that we deliver and rotate regularly. Mains is more sustainable; bottled works in spaces without practical plumbing access.

Sanitisation every 3–6 months depending on usage; filter changes every 6–12 months on mains-fed units. All servicing is included in our rental packages, no surprise call-out fees, no separate filter quotes.

Yes, many of our models include a hot-water option (typically 85–95°C) suitable for tea, instant coffee, or soup. Safety features include a child lock on the hot tap to prevent accidental scalding.

In almost every case, yes. They eliminate plastic bottle waste and the delivery vehicle emissions that come with bottled coolers. The filters are recyclable, and modern units are notably more energy-efficient than older equipment they typically replace.

Once we've agreed format and confirmed plumbing access, most installs are scheduled within 2–3 weeks. The install itself usually takes a few hours per unit, including commissioning and a water-quality test.

Yes, we handle the disconnect, transport and re-install at the new site. There's a small relocation fee but it's typically far cheaper than buying a new unit. Just give us a few weeks' notice so we can schedule around your move.
