The Dr Coffee F30 is a high-specification commercial bean-to-cup machine built around dual Swiss Ditting 64mm metal flat burrs and an independent dual-brewer system. It produces espresso-based drinks at the touch of a button, with the speed and consistency to handle peak periods in a busy cafe or hospitality venue. The 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen drives an intuitive multilingual interface that any team member can operate without significant training.

Where the F30 distinguishes itself is the integrated cold-froth capability. A built-in refrigerator and dedicated milk path mean the machine produces iced lattes and cold-froth drinks alongside conventional cappuccinos and flat whites, all from one piece of kit. For sites where the menu spans both hot and cold milk drinks, this removes the need for a separate cold-milk station and simplifies the bar layout.

Build quality is commercial-grade throughout. The metal brewer is rated for 300,000 cups, the dual boiler keeps water and steam temperatures independent and stable, and an automatic clean cycle runs at startup and shutdown. Each grinder can hold a different bean profile (for example, a regular blend and a decaf, or two different roast levels), and they run independently. That means you can switch between drink types without re-dialling the grind, which speeds up service significantly during peak periods.

Yes. The integrated refrigerator and dedicated cold-milk path produce cold milk and cold foam at the touch of a button, suitable for iced lattes, cold brews with milk, and cold-foam drinks. This is a meaningful upgrade over machines that only handle hot milk.

The F30 is designed for high-volume commercial settings. Dual brewing, dual grinders, and the metal brewer's 300,000-cup durability rating mean it comfortably handles 200 to 400 cups per day in a typical cafe or busy hospitality venue. Higher volumes are possible depending on drink mix.

Automatic clean cycles run at startup and shutdown for the brewing and frothing systems, which covers most of the daily cleaning. Beyond that, daily wipe-down of the steam wand and drip tray, weekly milk-line clean, and planned servicing on a quarterly basis. We handle the planned servicing as part of the contract.

Both are premium commercial bean-to-cup machines. The F30 leans toward sites where hot-and-cold flexibility is the priority and the screen-led interface matters. Franke's A-line is the established Swiss benchmark with a deeper accessory ecosystem (cooling units, accounting modules). We help you decide based on your specific use case during the consultation.

It is more machine than a small office typically needs. Sites under around 50 staff are usually better served by a more compact bean-to-cup. We would recommend the F30 where daily cup count exceeds about 100 to 150, where hot-and-cold flexibility is part of the menu, or where the machine is somewhere visible to clients or guests.
